Plot Overview
A visiting general named Von Kottenhorn, and a visiting colonel named Felkamp come to Stalag 13. Each has a different purpose. Von Kottenhorn wants to set-up a rest camp for retired officers. Felkamp is conducting an investigation into various sabotage activities, and plans to use the camp as a base for his investigation. The presence of both men could ruin Hogan's operation at Stalag 13.
