Plot Overview
After a watcher is killed in a lawless, downtrodden area known as "the zone", Joe asks Duncan to investigate a man named Canaan who has its denizens under his rule. Duncan discovers he's mortal, but with Charlie's help, tries to help the people Canaan has under his thumb to stand up against him.
