Claude Rains is an Englishman who has encountered many other "special" people, and has sometimes trained them to use their abilities better. Claude is an alias but his real name is unknown. He used to be Mr. Bennet's partner but had to disappear after getting caught trying to hide a powered individual. He is played by Christopher Eccleston.
