Plot Overview
When Birdman sees some workers adding an extra ampersand to the sign, he assumes that he is being promoted to partner for the law firm. He's called into Phil's office and is berated by Phil for not doing anything worthwhile in his life. Phil then calls everyone else into the office and announces that the newest partner for the firm is Antonio "Blue" Falcone, the newest employee, along with his assistant Dynomutt.
Peanut advises Birdman to threaten Phil and shake him up a bit, but his plan doesn't because he's almost shot by Phil shooting skeet in his office. Later, Blue makes Birdman retrieve a long list of office supplies for him and Phil pushes several of Blue's cases on him. He's also kicked out of his office and relocated to the bathroom. While retrieving more office supplies for Blue, he discovers that he has been using crib notes generated from his dog.
Birdman complains to Reducto, who suggests that he kill the dog and ruin Blue's legal career. Losing his lucky mug sends Birdman over the edge and causes him to look for a new job. He starts by breaking into the executive copy room and copying his resume, but is found weeping over Dinomutt, who has been caught in the machinery of the copy machine. He's arrested and fired from the firm.

Allusions and References
- Dynomutt, Dog Wonder: Blue Falcon and Dynomutt first debuted in the B segment of The Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour, which was titled Dynomutt, Dog Wonder. In the series, Blue Falcon was something of a Batman-like hero who was assisted by his wacky sidekick, Dynomutt. They fought spies and other more down-to-earth criminals than the seemingly supernatural criminals in their counterpart series.
