Happy Hour is a sitcom about a man named Henry Beckman who lives in Missouri. Henry moves to Chicago with his girlfriend who subsequently dumps him and kicks him out of their apartment. In this depressed state Henry meets Larry Cone, who has just lost a roommate and needs one himself, so the two become friends.

On September 26, the series was pulled from the schedule and replaced with a rerun of 'Til Death. One further episode aired on November 2, after which the series was pulled from the schedule indefinitely and is unlikely to return.
