Plot Overview
The episode centers around gifts the children buy for Jason and Maggie's anniversary. Ben's gift (an expensive camera, purchased out of one-upmanship when Mike and Carol can afford better gifts) becomes the center of the plotline after he takes some not-so-serious advice from Mike on how to raise the funds, raising Jason's suspicions. Ben's intended gift at first: a poorly crafted, heart-shaped ashtray made as a school project.
