Plot Overview

Can't Oliver just relax and enjoy some time in Washington? No, because everyone else with him winds up in jail...Lisa and Eb for trespassing at the White House (she claimed that the President invited her for lunch), Kimball for causing a ruckus at the Secretary of Agriculture's office, and Arnold for damaging a hotel bar and assault! Meanwhile in Hooterville, Mr. Haney rents out Oliver's house as a motel and has to deal with a couple with four bratty kids, and then must rush them out when he learns that Oliver and Lisa are back in town.
