Plot Overview
After paying for an economy flight to Washington for Eb so he can participate in the annual HYPAS (Hooterville Young People's Agricultural Society) convention, Oliver and Lisa inadvertently get stuck on board the plane and wind up going on an unexpected vacation, along with Eb, Kimball and Arnold.
