Plot Overview
When Nikki refuses to participate in dissecting frogs in science class, she decides to release the frogs which ends up making things worse; meanwhile, Mr. Belding mistakenly thinks that Miss Bliss has gotten an offer for a teaching position at another school and tries to be friendly to her.
