It's Magic is the thirty-third episode of the first season of Gilligan's Island.

Plot Overview

While fishing,Gilligan snags onto a Crate.The Skipper helps him pull the Crate on Shore.At first he,and the Skipper believe that the Crate contains a Raft.Thus the Crate says 'Rafe'.But,looking at the words further,the Crate says'The Great Raftini'.The Crate actually contains items for a Magician.This Crate had fallen from a Boat,and has been floating out at Sea.The Castaways plan to use these to scare off any Head Hunters in case they return.Each Castaway will practice a trick.Ginger who was once a Magicians Asssitant will be a great help to helping the others.Gilligan does a trick of pulling a Tablecloth off the Breakfast Table,which does'nt go well.He pulls the entire Meal,thus ruining everybodies Meal.They are so angry at Gilligan for doing this,they dismiss him to leave their sights.The Skipper tells him to pack the Magician Items into the Supply Hut.After Gilligan does this,he goes back to the others,but what he hears,makes him what to disappear.The other Castaways say mean things about him.They were unaware that Gilligan was listening.During a Magic Trick using a Wooden Box,Gilligan does disappear.He says Good-bye to Ginger.Gilligan's disappearance worries his fellow Castaways.They cannot figure what happened to Gilligan.Ginger remembers Gilligan saying Good-bye to her.Then they remember all the mean things they said about him.Having overheard the unkind things said,they reason that Gilligan wanted to run away.They now want to look for,and find him,and apologise to him.The Skipper finds Gilligan who has takened refuge in a Cave.The Skipper,and the other Castaways try to talk Gilligan into returning Home.But,Gilligan will not accept their apology.He intends to stay in his Cave as a Lone Wolf.Still wanting Gilligan back,the Castaways decide to scare him out of the Cave.They will use the some scary mask to frighten him out.The men will be wearing the scary masks.They will throw Gilligan,a Welcome Back Party.Their trick worked.Gilligan forgives his friends.The Party that they will throw will prove to be a real Blowout,thanks to Gunpowder mistaken for Flour.By the end Gilligan has learned a new Magic Trick,again with the Table.Only,this time Gilligan has mastered a levitation Trick,to make the Table rise.His succeeds,and the Table lands on the Skippers foot.Everything is back to normal.
