Plot Overview
In The Wrath of Gutierrez, Gutierrez, still in prison, convinces the warden to allow him to have an internet connection and activates the same flaw that created Freakazoid. He becomes a super-villain; stronger and more powerful than Freakazoid. He sabotages Freakazoid's energy field, forcing him into the internet. He then puts a "deleter" on Freakazoid that will "delete" Freakazoid unless he can make his way through the computer game Amazing Castle in 1 hour.
At the end, Freakazoid beats the game and gets rid of the 'deleter', but still struggles with Gutierrez. He eventually reflects Gutierrez's own energy back at him and kicks him off a ledge. He fixes his power supply, but cannot find Gutierrez. He then goes with Cosgrove and Roddy to watch Congo so Cosgrove can learn how to identify the real monkey from the guy in a suit.

Quotes
- Freakazoid: If it's a trap, why do you want me to go in?
Roddy: You don't have a choice, lad. The reason you're so weak is that Gutierrez sabotaged the energy field that powers you here on the outside. If you didn't go in, another hour or so, you'd be no better than a dried up piece of fleshy haggis! Oh, he's figured it all out, he's baiting you lad, he's made sure you have no choice but to go in after him. He means to destroy you.
Freakazoid: Boy, you have a lot of lines in this show.
Roddy: Aye, that's what I told them! But, no, all the cruddy exposition goes to me! I've got to talk and talk and fiddle with the computer and talk some more and fiddle and talk... I feel like Obi Wan bloody Kenobi!
Freakazoid: Roddy, settle.
- Gutierrez: I took the liberty of improving upon the flaw that created us both. I am now more powerful than you can possibly imagine.
Freakazoid: Yes, but can you dance?
[Gutierrez does a snazzy, fast step dance]
Gutierrez: Yes.
Freakazoid: Wow.
- Gutierrez: I am not a weenie!
- Freakazoid: Oh, nutbunnies.
