Plot Overview
Dexter's First Date with Steff is interrupted when the Lobe takes over the Network and plans to cripple the entertainment industry with his Video Zapper. Freakazoid stops the Lobe from pulling the crime, but gets electrocuted by the Lobe's Video Zapper, and is having a difficult time changing back into Dexter.
