Plot Overview
A continuation from the previous episode, Dexter, his family and Roddie MacStew have been kidnapped by Guitierrez and Roddy had just given him the code to activate the flaw. Guitierrez decided to have them killed anyway, leading directly into the current episode.
While under threat of being shot to death, Dexter accidentally lets loose Freakazoid and attacks Guitierrez's guards. After wrestling Guitierrez's guards, tangling up their limbs, Freakazoid sends them to a chiropractor. After getting Roddy untied, Roddy and Freakazoid go off to find Guitierrez. Fortunately for them, Guitierrez is a bad typist and is taking forever to type in the destination code. Meanwhile, Roddy, being chased by guards, escapes by activating the flaw. Freakazoid stops Guitierrez right in time, is congratulated by Roddy and is introduced to Cosgrove. Afterwards, Guitierrez and his men are apprehended by the police. From that moment on, Freakazoid decides to fight crime in order to impress ladies. Jack Valenti ends the segment and shows the man fighting a bear clip we were promised in the last episode.
Before the second segment, we're treated to another musical interlude where Freakazoid badly plays the piano.
In Freakazoid is History, Air Force One's landing gear is stuck and the pilot has bailed leaving only Freakazoid to save the President, Vice President and Barbara Streisand from crashing and burning. After opening the landing gear, Freakazoid is sucked into a vortex, transporting him into the past. After the Quantam Freak and a shameless ploy to sell his binoculars with Joan Rivers, Freakazoid sets out to stop Pearl Harbor for being destroyed, despite possibly ramifications in his timeline. Freakazoid diverts the Japanese bombers and is sucked back into the vortex, to find that his meddling has turned Sharon Stone into a good actor, Rush Limbaugh into a liberal and Brain into the president.
