Plot Overview

While Dorie helps Dwight continue his search for Sherry, the two halves of the group try to respectively repair their planes. Unfortunately, Grace gives them a warning that puts pressure on them to hurry.

Happenings

• Grace reveals that the second reactor of the nuclear plant is melting down and goes in to buy the group more time, but it's meltdown is inevitable.

• Annie reveals that they're parents died from radiation exposure from the irradiated walkers, but the children survived when they were sent away.

• Learning about the plant meltdown, Annie takes the rest of the children away. Alicia approaches a large barricade of walkers to get them back.

• Althea manages to get the plane repaired, but blades get wrecked. Strand's side has the engine they need, but without a working plane they can't get to them until they find Jim's hot air balloon. However, this runs out of fuel as they approach and he and Charlie crash down in the contaminated zone as irradiated walkers approach. Morgan decides to enter the area to rescue them.

Characters

• Dorie finds a note from Sherry that Dwight missed that reveals he's been on the wrong road. This leads them to a car where Dorie finds a letter from Sherry about her guilt over killing a man and no longer wanting Dwight to continue following her. Dorie keeps the letter from Dwight.
