The Sacrifice is the first episode of the first season of Fear Itself. Four criminals get stuck in the middle of nowhere trying to find a hospital as one of them was shot. Their car breaks down, so they go to the nearest place they could find. Three girls live there, who are willing to help but are also hiding something.
