Family Man is the third episode of the first season of Fear Itself. Dennis Mahoney, a good, church going family man, almost dies in a car accident. When he comes back to life, he somehow switched lives with Richard Brautigan, a serial killer known as the 'Family Man', who was in the same car accident. Now, Dennis, in the body of Richard, tries to figure out how to protect his family who is now living with a serial killer in his body.
