Plot Overview
Laura finds herself competing with snobby classmate Cassie Lynn in a campaign for student council president, but things get ugly when Cassie Lynn takes some incriminating photos of Laura and Urkel, threatening to expose them to the school newspaper. Meanwhile, Carl refuses to participate in a neighborhood watch squad where Harriette is the leader.
