The Man with Two Brians is the fifth episode of the seventh season of Family Guy. It is the 116th episode in the series.

The episode revolves around the Griffins obtaining a new dog, which they name New Brian, after they begin to believe that the original Brian is starting to grow old.

• The Greatest American Hero — While attempting the stunts seen on Jackass, Peter dons a costume worn by the main protagonist on the 1981 superhero comedy series. Peter also sings the main theme to the show.
• Jackass — Peter and his friends attempt to mimick the stunts seen on the MTV television series.
• The Man With Two Brains — The episode title is a pun on the 1983 comedy movie.
