A cigarette company buys the toy company where Peter works, planning to produce toys that promote smoking to children. When Peter complains at Lois' insistence, the new owners make him President. The money and respect quiet Lois' objections - at least until Peter is sent to Washington to lobby the government about a new anti-tobacco law.
