Plot Overview

Susan Lewis returns to Chicago for job interviews and has lunch with Greene, who offers her an attending position at County; Chen and Weaver gets called into a risk management meeting; Chen is forced to resign as chief resident and she ultimately ends up quitting; Corday operates on a young boy with Edwards' Syndrome whose parents end up abandoning him; when Benton gets stuck in surgery, he calls Carla's husband, Roger to pick up Reese from school.
