Plot Overview
When Sam treats a teenage girl, she discovers that the girl was gang-raped by her fiance and his friends and ends up physically assaulting the fiance; the doctors work to save the lives of a family whose car was hit by a man who passed out in his car from a medical condition; Carter spends the day with Kem in the city; Abby and Pratt try to prevent a patient with tuberculosis from leaving the hospital; a risk-assessment expert observes the ER and is shocked at what he sees.
