Plot Overview

When Romano refuses to give Benton a more flexible schedule that would allow him more time with Reese, Benton quits and gets a new job at the clinic where Cleo is now working at; in the end, Benton is given full custody of Reese while Roger is given weekend visitation; when Carter's father visits him for Christmas, he reveals that Carter that he is getting a divorce; Weaver and Sandy Lopez go on a date; Abby discovers Nicole in the hospital, recovering from an abortion.
