Plot Overview
Susan must overcome her fear of flying when she and Mark travel to the scene of a car accident by helicopter to help a family injured in the accident; when Benton operates on the family's infant daughter, he makes a critical error which puts the baby's condition in danger; Carol deals with an incompetent nurse working in the ER.
