Plot Overview
Doug helps out Joi with her son, Ricky, who is in the last stages of ALD and not expected to live much longer; Carol tends to a woman with tons of dogs in need of homes while the woman is hospitalized; when Mark treats Mobalage, a janitor at the hospital, he discovers injuries caused by him being tortured in the past; Corday decides not to help Maggie Doyle out with her sexual harassment lawsuit after Romano threatens to reveal her past relationship with Benton; Carter teaches a patient-doctor course to young medical students and discovers that one of the students has cancer.
