Plot Overview

In the show's series finale, Carter opens up a medical facility to help underprivileged people in Chicago; Gates treats a teenage girl suffering from alcohol poisoning after playing a drinking game at a sleepover; he also surprises Sam with a special gift on her birthday; Carter works with an intern to save the life of a pregnant woman in labor who was injured in a car accident; Rachel Greene visits County as she interviews for the hospital's teaching program as a potential medical student and Carter gives her some advice.
