Character History
Det. Quinn is a former narcotics detective.
His former co-worker ('John Doe') killed himself over being paralyzed as a result of an arrest that turned unexpected. 'John Doe' was also a drug addict (meth), which Det. Quinn knew. After 'John Doe' kills himself, Yuki Amado (Det. Quinn's former partner) blames Det. Quinn for "John's" suicide, claiming that Det. Quinn could have prevented it.
