Plot Overview
Chief Untermeyer is critically wounded and his elderly friend killed after a sniper attacks them. After eliminating a suspect, an ex-cop with a grudge against the Chief, Dan focuses his investigation on two young men: the lady's son, who only seems to care about her fortune, and the man who was rooming with her, who has a deadly secret in his past.
