Plot Overview

Dominic tries to chase a body down in the sewers while the Mayor's time in office runs low.

Kosmo finds out that Kurtz failed to pass down a piece of information to her on the missing women case.

Curtis is tagged with Rose, as Leo begins a hotel security job.

Happenings

• Kosmo is approached by a prostitute named Elaine who says she went to her sergeant about being picked up a man who turned out to be the pig farmer. Kosmo finds Kurtz failed to pass it to her and figures she could use as leverage against her. Mick then has Elaine make an appointment with Kurtz.

• Kurtz pairs Brian with Rose to observe.

• There are murmur about who could take lead if Hathaway steps down due to the scandal. Pierce suspects it would Joyce Simkins who is against the red light proposal.

• Dino meets with the District Director who hires him to work for the union as a civilian as a go-between. In the meantime, he has him contact with a bar manager who tells about a couple of cops who've been hassling his customers.

• Mick and Kosmo talk with Ivan who they later find blown up in his car.

• Sue is denied release.

• Dominic talks with Anna who details the argument she overheard between the Hathaways. He goes to Abby, but denies thinking he killed someone.

• Leo gets security work at a hotel keeping escorts out. One night he spots Kurtz and Jacobs getting into an elevator together. He checks the elevator cameras and see the two getting heavily intimate.
