Plot Overview
On the eve of Tremaine's funeral, the Organized Crime Unit releases their report on the investigation into the grow-op shooting, and rouses questioning among Dominic, Leary, and especially the fire department. Chief Welles advocates for an independent investigation to clear Komori's name.
Everyone is suspicious when Brian Curtis comes to Leary to offer information on Dubreau.

Happenings
- Organized Crime Unit release their finding and concludes the fire department posted the inspection notice that compelled the grower to buy a shotgun. However, O.C.U. found the witness who is a snitch.
- Dominic shows Libby Burton from Port Authority the development deal that gives them a new terminal and asks they turn the lease on Crab Park over to the city. She argues they need the park for parking access to the park, but Dominic has her talk to Billie to negotiate a solution.
- Jacobs brings in to talk to Finn and Kosmo about their investigation into Dubreau's paedophile ring and gives it a high priority.
- Curtis comes to Mick offering dirt on Dubreau. Kurtz wants Mick to keep up the relationship to get to Dubreau. Curtis finds a young boy who was taken to the Century hotel.
- To appease Ferris, Klotchko talks to Earl Sweeney about getting a local job and proposes a coroner's liaison.
- Dominic meets with Dubreau about the youth centre.
- Mick disagrees with the findings of the report and decides to go forward with an investigation. However, Welles is to go to the Police Complaints Commission to file for an investigation. Dominic tries to cut it off by going to Kaspar, but that only gives Kaspar the impression that he should take up the investigation.
- Police begin herding the girls back to the red light zone.
- With Ferlinginer and Phillips out of town, the slots are expected to pass.
- Dominic learns half of fire and rescue didn't show up and called in sick.
