Boo is another classmate at the Futaba Kindergarten. He speaks slowly, and always has a trail of snot coming out of his nose. He resembles Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh without the depression, or Dim from A Clockwork Orange.
Boo has a lot of insight when it comes to adult topics, despite his appearance as slow-witted.
