The Day a Demon Awakens is the first episode of the second season of Code Geass and the twenty-eighth episode overall. Picking up a year after the failed Black Rebellion, Area 11 has been transformed into a reeducation zone, many of the Black Knights arrested and Lelouch is an amnesiac.
