Plot Overview
A teenage girl is found drugged, raped and left for dead after leaving a neighbor's birthday party. The neighbor is arrested, and Annabeth learns that he has convictions in Texas and Iowa for similar attacks. Certain that he's the perp in both this case and the rape and murder of another girl, Annabeth tries to get the suspect's wife, who seems to be a victim of physical abuse, to testify against him, but Ray and Ed discover something during surveillance of the suspect that puts the wife in a disturbing new light.
