Plot Overview
Based on a statement given by a troubled young woman, Annabeth is able to arrest her father, a patrol officer, for one murder and possibly a series of other murders dating back to 1984. She needs the woman's help in convicting her father, who agrees to confess if he can make a speech in court when he makes the confessions. Annabeth, with the help of Ed and Ray, finds the 'trophies' the man took from each murder victim.
