Plot Overview
A young man hired to commit a murder is stoned on meth before doing the crime, resulting in two innocent women being killed instead of their neighbor and his family, the intended targets. Annabeth wants to prosecute the killer to the fullest extent of the law, but he offers up a deal--a lighter sentence if he offers them the drug lord who authorized the murders. The team goes to work to try and nail the drug kingpin and avoid giving the shooter the deal, but first they have to find the intended target, who fled the area with his family, and find out why the drug lord wanted him dead.
