Plot Overview
After a cardiologist in NASA's "Doctor in Space" program suffers from a heart attack, Kate wants to take his place; Shutt continues to work as a psychiatrist and helps out a patient who needs to tell his Orthodox Rabbi father that he is gay; a friend of Jack's who is a "suicide doctor" might need her own services.
