From the Grave is the first episode of the fourth season of CSI: Miami, and the seventy-third episode overall.

[edit] Plot Overview

  • Miguel Fuentes, inmate, is brought to the funeral of his mother, Marisol Fuentes, where he is killed by a man who pops out of the casket.
  • Horatio kills happens to be confessing his sins at the Catholic church where the funeral is being held. He shoots the gas tank.
  • Miguel Fuentes gang, Mala Noche, killed him for selling drugs.
  • The casket-killer and his driver beat up and raped Celia Gonzalez, a pregnant house-keeper at Dale Livingston's house.
  • The Marisol Fuentes, inmate's mother, was killed by a heart-attack - she was scared to death by someone with a grenade.
  • The Mala Noche gang is shipping black canisters in lead golf clubs - the black canisters carry grenades.
  • Dale Livingston helps ship the grenades for the Mala Noche.
  • Immigration asked Celia Gonzalez to watch Dale Livingston and Mala Noche - this is why she was at Dale Livingston's house on her day off.
  • Diablo goes to the hospital kill Celia Gonzalez. Horatio stops him.

  • Rich girl paid for the inmate to come to the funeral because a guy named "Diablo" asked.
  • Rich girl also called rape on Diablo after her father caught them having sex.
  • Horatio has a green light, or hit, on him from the Mala Noche Gang.
  • Rumoured to revolve around the calloused crimes committed by Miami's new gang, Mal Noche. When a young man is murdered and a woman raped, Horatio and his team put their lives at risk in order to bring them justice. (July 09, 2005 - CSI Files)
