Plot Overview

A gang of marijuana growers becomes involved in a feud with a larger operation who wants to take over, and their feud translates into car chases that lead to serious accidents. A young boy who's something of an outcast among the other kids witnesses both accidents, but he refuses to talk to Jon and Ponch, insisting that he cast a spell that caused both accidents, and he even puts a hex on Ponch for leaning on him a little too hard. The two officers work to gain the boy's trust and get the information they need and even help him out with making friends.
