Plot Overview
A gang of reckless motorcyclists cause a serious accident while participating in an 'Indy', a motorcycle race that usually takes place off-road, but in this case was performed on L.A. streets. Jon is partnered with Steve MacLeish in Ponch's absence, and his new partner knows a thing or two about this type of motorcycle race--his older brother was the best at it before hanging it up, and unbeknownst to Steve, his younger brother is hanging with the gang being pursued by the cops. Older brother Toro is being pushed by the gang's leader to race once again, something he doesn't want to do. At the precinct, Grossman is trying to find someone to help chaperone his visiting nieces.
