Plot Overview
Halloween patrol presents a variety of situations for Jon and Ponch...they chase down two men who steal another man's lawn as a joke, search for a missing boy who ran away after they jokingly threatened to arrest him, pursue a candy thief with an ulterior motive, and on a more dangerous note, search for a 'ghost' who's robbing liquor stores. While all this is going on, Getraer vows to nail the 'hobgoblin' who interrupts the radio transmissions every Halloween.
