Plot Overview
Assigned to a week of neighborhood watch, Jon and Ponch are plagued by a gang of reckless skateboarders. Jon also encounters a man he cited for reckless driving on the freeway who's now terrorizing city streets with his disregard for safety. The two officers also deal with a man who has an unusual method of preventing his car from being repossessed.
