Plot Overview

A young woman is running in and out of traffic on the Pacific Coast Highway. Ponch and Bruce take the distraught young amnesiac to the hospital and try to piece together just who she is, with their only clue being a drawing of a comic strip monster. They visit the eccentric artist of the strip, who turns out to be the one trying to drive the girl crazy. At the precinct, Grossman dons a 'sauna suit' in an attempt to lose weight.
