Plot Overview
A pair of bandits using stolen sports cars are robbing customers at toll booths. In addition to this, Jon and Ponch also have to contend with a produce truck driver and a spilled load of onions, a careless limo driver who causes a serious accident and who also happens to have a bomb in his back seat, and the return of dotty Mrs. Downey, who thinks Jon can fix a ticket for her.
