Plot Overview
A pair of slick operators are torching mobile homes so that the owners can collect the insurance money. The officers convince one of the owners to help nail the arsonists. Jon also has his hands full with a vacationing couple who have a couple of mishaps while on their travels. Grossman is the coach of the CHP basketball team and finds himself swamped with demands from his fellow officers with regards to the team lineup. They're extremely surprised when they see the other team they are playing.
