Plot Overview

A tentative-sounding new dispatcher causes concern among the officers with her awkwardness on the mike, but a smitten Ponch helps her cope with her nervousness, which is related to a tragedy involving another officer. Jon and Ponch also search for a trio of stereo thieves who also stole something else in the delivery truck...several boxes of a highly combustible chemical that can become dangerous if they're jostled.
