C.H. Greenblatt is a cartoon writer and storyboard artist. His most notable work comes from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and SpongeBob SquarePants. He also helped storyboard and write an episode of Korgoth of Barbaria that was never animated.

Greenblatt is the creator of the upcoming Cartoon Network series, Chowder.
