Plot Overview
An elevator crash is the cover-up for the murder of the hated co-owner of a leading couturier. Amos tries to sew up a suspect from a list of his enemies, including the man's wife, who was upset with his chasing of models; the company's co-owner, who stood to gain the entire company; the firm's head designer and her daughter, a model; and the owner of a 'knockoff' company, who was making cheap copies of Glory Lee's dresses using stolen patterns.
