- Ryan says Francesca first got a credit card in 1951 despite women not being able to get a credit card in their own name until 1974.
- Detective Korris wants Ryan to see the woman someone else claiming to have seen despite her already saying she didn't see anything instead of the aforementioned witness.
- Also, police would not bring a witness directly to a suspected murderer to ID, for obvious reasons.
- When Mitch is going over Ryan's books, he puts one down, but is still holding it in the next shot.
- Mitch wants to head home to clean up, but is already clean by the time they get there.
- Detective Korris knows Mitch is a lifeguard despite having just met him.
- The establishing shots of the police station are dramatically inconsistent.
- Ryan says Francesca is about her "heighth" and "weighth".
