The Majahual is one of the Colonial fleet's mining vessels. It spent several weeks in an asteroid belt collecting ore for use in the construction of new Vipers, keeping the fleet stationary and subject to harassment by Cylon Raiders, most notably the Raider ace Scar, who took out several of Galactica's Viper pilots. Majahual was in the asteroid field for at least 29 days.

Trivia

• The Majahual appears to be extremely similar to the "Livery Ship" from the original Battlestar Galactica series, with its distinctive landing struts and body consisting of three huge discs.
