Plot Overview

Mayor Linseed is forced to remove Commissioner Gordon,and put in his place Nora Clavicle,the head of Gothum Citys Ladies League.She accepts.Her first decision is to remove Chief O'Hara,and appoint Mrs.Linseed as his replacement.These are not the only changes that she makes.She will remove all men in high positions,and appoint women in their places.After these is done,she reveals a secret plan to cash in on Gothum City.She had taken out a Million Dollar insurance policy on the City,and will collect on Gothum after its destroy.Her plan is to send millions of tiny electronic mice all over Gothum City,each one embedded with a bomb.Her only obstacles are Batman,Robin,and Batgirl.She will have dispose of them before she can put her scheme into motion.She tricks the trio into coming into a Warehouse thereby gets the drop on them.She has her henchwomen try the trio into a Siamese Human knot situation to prevent anyone of them from moving,or they die.She figures that with the trio in that position,she can go ahead with her evil plan against Gothum City.Of course she is wrong.She never counted on Batmans ingenuity in escaping from deadly situations.The trio indeed escapes.Knowing about Clavicles scheme to destroy Gothum,Batman tries to enlist help from the All Female Police Department.No good unfortunately,all of the women Police are afraid of the mice(even if they are mechanical).So,Batman will use a flute device to attract the mechancal mice to follow.He gives Robin,and Batgirl similar flute to go all over Gothum City to lead the mice to Gothum River where the bombs emplanted will be rendered useless.With this done,Nora Clavicle,and her Henchwomen are arrested,and Gordon,and O'Hara are reinstated as Commissioner,and Cheif again.Also,all of Gothum's male positions are restored.Another potential crime prevented.
