Freddy Pickering (Conan O'Brien) inherits control of Pickering Industries and begins implementing unusual policies, walking the fine line between eccentricity and insanity. He takes an immediate liking to Andy and promotes him to vice president. Andy's newfound wealth and power bein to alienate his friends.
